A green herbal salve stick containing infusions of Chamomile, Calendula & Comfrey herbs. This product may be used on cuts, scrapes, burns, sunburn, eczema, and rashes. A little goes a long way.

• Comfrey (Symphytum officinale ) is used to treat wounds and reduce inflammations. The roots and leaves contain allantoin, a substance that helps new skin cells grow, along with other substances that reduce inflammation and keep skin healthy.
• Recent and on-going research has identified Chamomile's specific anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-allergenic and sedative properties. It is, among other things, valued as an antimicrobial agent. A German study found that the herb inactivates bacterial toxins. Small quantities of chamomile oil inhibit staphylococcal and streptococcal strains of bacteria.
• Calendula has a long history of use as a wound-healing and skin soothing botanical, it is also considered a vulnerary agent, a substance that promotes healing.  Calendula also has anti-inflammatory and weak antimicrobial activity.  It is most often used topically for lacerations, abrasions, and skin infections.
